5 simple rules:
1. Stay home
2. Don’t touch anything (when you go out)

5. Wash your hands frequently
Other tips:
Work from home, if you can.
Bring your family and your children back home where it’s safe, and stay there please.
Get the Flu Vaccine when it comes out, if you qualify.
Stay connected with friends and family by phone, Skype, Facetime. Your mental health is important!
Check on those you know might be lonely or vulnerable.
Find ways to support local businesses, tradies and artists (get online, you’ll work it out!).
Exercise at home. Listen to music. Remember to laugh ??.
