Satanists discuss modern Satanism, its history, left-leaning political activism, and how Satanism relates to current events and pop culture. It's a show for the Satan-curious, or those already involved in Satanic groups.
Episode 22 - A Dash of Rosemary
50 years ago, Satanists welcomed a bundle of joy in the form of the movie Rosemary's Baby. Fascinating for its portrayal of everyday people as Satanists, the film also tackles themes of feminism, bodily autonomy, conspiracy, and paranoia – all still relevant to Satanists today. And, of course, there's fact that this classic film needs to be reconciled with the deeds of its director. Hosts Simone, Daniel, Tabitha, and special guest Sadie Satanas discuss all this, plus our plans for our own upcoming screening, how the Satanic Temple - Arizona made peace with the YWCA, and how Mia Farrow's son Ronan is smoking hot.
Praise, condemnation, questions, and recipes for tannis root shakes can be sent to blackmassappealpod@gmail.com.
